Professional Career:

Jose graduated top of his class in 2014 from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico´s most prestigious law school. After graduation, Jose completed a Specialism in Commercial Law from the same University.

Jose has had more than 9 years of legal and business experience at Tier-1 corporate law firms in Mexico City and New York City. His practice has mainly focused on cross-border corporate and financial transactions, including M&A, general corporate matters, corporate financing, private equity, capital markets and IP portfolio valuation analysis.

In 2020, he joined UNGRIA´s USA office, focusing his professional activity to advising international clients about Intellectual Property rights before National IP Offices in LATAM, EUIPO, EPO and WIPO.

In addition, Jose participated as part of The Walt Disney Company´s CRP professional internship where he learned and implemented the company´s worldwide recognized "Four Key System" business model.
