Professional Career:

Since joining UNGRIA´s Madrid office in 1985, and for 35 years, he has dedicated his professional activity to technical advice on the application, prosecution and defense of patents and utility models, specializing in areas related to electrical and electronic engineering, computer technology, communications, mechanics, as well as the preparation of reports for claims in administrative and contentious-administrative appeals.

He has also specialized in Industrial Designs at the national and international level, including both prosecution and grant as well as opposition and appeal actions before the SPTO and EUIPO.
