Since she joined UNGRIA's Valencia office in 2002 and, for more than 15 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, she has focused her professional activity in providing legal advice on Trademarks, Trade Names and Domain Names. Among her areas of practice, she has specialized in the assistance and administrative defense of Intellectual Property portfolios before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO). Additionally, she has acquired extensive experience in the drafting of IP registration viability reports and contracts, such as transfers and licenses.
