Carrera Profesional:

Prior to joining UNGRIA’s Madrid office, Jaime developed his professional career in international business development, beginning in China, where he acquired in-depth knowledge of the local business environment and language.

Since 2018, he has built his career in the field of Intellectual Property at leading firms in Spain and internationally, combining international business development, focused on the Chinese market, with the practice of law. In these roles, he has specialized in advising on trademarks, customs law, and unfair competition, as well as representing international clients before the EUIPO and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO).

 Currently, he is part of UNGRIA, where he is responsible for international business development, with a focus on the Greater China region. He advises Chinese companies on the drafting  and implementation of Intellectual Property protection strategies in European and Latin American jurisdictions , acting as a liaison between Chinese clients and technical IP teams across Europe and Latin America. His combined legal and business background provides him with a comprehensive international perspective.

 In addition, he actively participates in leading international IP conferences and meetings, including IPBC Asia, AIPPI, CIPAC and INTA.
