With over 20 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, she has focused her professional activity on providing legal and technical advice within the Distinctive Signs Department; in particular, on the administrative defense and assistance of Trademark and Trade Name portfolios before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), as well as on extrajudicial confrontations with third parties in relation to Intellectual Property rights, Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition.
