Professional Career:

Before joining UNGRIA´s Madrid office, she started her professional career in the Legal Department of a Spanish Intellectual Property firm.

Since joining UNGRIA in 2006 and, for more than 15 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, she has focused her professional activity on the administrative defense of Trademarks and other Intellectual Property rights before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and National Patent and Trademark Offices worldwide. Likewise, she has specialized in the legal advice and assistance in judicial proceedings, opposition actions, cancellation and nullity proceedings before International Trademark Organizations, as well as before National Trademark Offices worldwide.
