• Legal and technical advice and assistance concerning filing and prosecution of Trademarks abroad (direct trademarks abroad, international trademarks, European Union Trademark and Community Designs).
• Drafting of reports in relation to international Distinctive Signs searches.
• Drafting, filing and legal advice concerning writs in response to official actions, oppositions, cancellations, nullity actions and appeals before the Intellectual Property Office of the European Union (EUIPO) and National Trademark Offices abroad. 
• Development of strategies for the protection and enforcement of Intellectual Property rights internationally. 
• Drafting and negotiation of agreements in relation to Intellectual Property rights, such as coexistence agreements or purchase-sale agreements of Trademarks.

Professional Career:

Before joining UNGRIA´s Madrid office, she started her professional career in the Trademark Legal Department of several Spanish Intellectual Property firms.

Since joining UNGRIA in 2001 and, for more than 20 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, she has focused her professional activity on legal-technical advice regarding the prosecution of Trademark rights abroad. In her solid professional career, she has also specialized in enforcing the rights inherent to Distinctive Signs before the EUIPO and National Trademark Offices abroad of prestigious national and international companies of different nature such as financial, advertising, real estate, machinery or automotive, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of agreements in relation to Intellectual Property rights, such as coexistence agreements or agreements for the purchase of Trademarks.
