Professional Career:

Before joining UNGRIA's Madrid office, she began her professional career in the Commercial Law Department of a well-known Spanish law firm, managing corporate portfolios and assisting in the drafting and signing of commercial contracts.

She joined UNGRIA in 1999 and, for more than 20 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, she has devoted her professional activity to legal and technical advice in relation to the prosecution and administrative defense of Trademarks and other Intellectual Property rights before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and National Trademark Offices worldwide. She is also specialized in assisting in out-of-court confrontations with third parties due to registration and/or infringement of Intellectual Property rights, in drafting of reports and legal opinions in relation to Intellectual Property rights, in preparing and controlling lawsuits abroad and in drafting lawsuits before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
