Since joining UNGRIA in 1977, and with more than 40 years of professional Intellectual Property practice, he has performed general management duties, leading various internal projects in order to adapt the firm to market demands at all times and taking on different technological and expansion challenges that have positioned UNGRIA to its consolidation as a leading company in the sector, both nationally and internationally.
Belonging to the fourth family generation of the firm, he continued to expand it nationally (up to 11 offices today) and launched its international expansion with the opening of an office in the United States in 1982, later expanding it with three offices in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico. Similarly, he was involved in the technological modernization in the early 1980s, which has been consolidated up to the present day.
Throughout the four decades that he has been directing the company, his professional activity has not only focused on the management and expansion of the company in the field it operates in, but he has also performed as a jurist and expert in Intellectual Property Law, participating in the development of projects and strategies for the national and international protection of Intellectual Property rights and consulting in legal branding.
He has also actively participated in various national and international congresses and conferences related to Intellectual Property, being a speaker at some of these events, both before public and private institutions.
He is currently a member of AIPLA, IPO, INTA, NYIPLA, BPLA, ECTA, AIPPI.
