Professional Career:

Prior to joining UNGRIA's Madrid office, she began her work as a consultant and quality and environmental auditor in a reputable company in the automotive sector.

In 2007, she joined UNGRIA and, during her more than 10 years of experience in the field of Industrial Property, has dedicated her professional activity to technical advice on the application, prosecution and defense of patents and utility models, specializing in the areas of  chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, waste treatment, fuels, power generation, food and agricultural industry, materials technology.

She has also specialized in Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs), in the development of oppositions and appeals before the SPTO and EPO in the areas mentioned above, as well as in the preparation of reports and expert opinions regarding inventions for use in Court.
