Professional Career:

Since joining UNGRIA´s office in Madrid in 2020, she focused her professional activity particularly on the management, prosecution, and filing of national trademark  applications before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO). 

She currently practices as a lawyer, focusing her work on the administrative prosecution and defense of matters relating to Trademarks, Patents and other Intellectual Property rights before the SPTO. Her practice also includes legal representation in contentious-administrative proceedings concerning Intellectual Property rights, assistance with Domain Name registrations, representation in Domain Name recovery proceedings, and advising on out-of-court disputes with third parties arising from the registration and/or infringing use of Intellectual Property and Trade Secret rights.
