Professional Career:

Before joining UNGRIA's office in Mexico (Mexico City), Josué gained extensive professional experience in the field of trademarks. He began his professional career in the legal department of a major publishing house in Mexico and trained at an Intellectual Property international law firm, where he acquired extensive technical and legal knowledge related to trademarks in general, from conducting trademark registration availability searches to appealing refusals before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA) and Collegiate Circuit Courts in Administrative Matters.

The extent of his experience and knowledge allows him to design strategies for the registration and legal protection of trademark rights, as well as to provide comprehensive advice and negotiation skills for the resolution of trademark disputes.
