Professional Career:

With more than 15 years of experience providing specialized legal advisory services, she has developed her professional career in leading national and international firms, advising technology and scientific companies, retail and consumer-goods companies, as well as start-ups, on the protection, commercialization, and enforcement of their rights.

She has been actively involved in technology transfer projects and innovation programs, advising and collaborating with universities, research institutions, and public-sector bodies.

Her practice focuses on the design and implementation of global strategies for the protection of intangible assets, as well as on advising companies on regulatory compliance and legal adaptation within the Intellectual Property framework. Additionally, she leads training and knowledge-sharing initiatives in this discipline for both entities and academic institutions.

In 2025, she joins UNGRIA's Barcelona office, assuming the role of Director.
