Professional Career:

Prior to joining UNGRIA´s Madrid office, she gained extensive experience as a technical patent adviser in Industrial and Intellectual Property firms in Madrid, Spain. She also acquired experience in industrial and mechanical designs at a well-known multinational company specializing in industrial manufacturing.

Since joining UNGRIA in 2021, she has dedicated her professional activity to technical advice on the filing, prosecution and defense of patents and utility models, specializing in areas related to mechanical, civil and aerospace engineering, as well as inventions in the field of thermodynamics, hydraulics or electrotechnology, and computer-implemented inventions.

Additionally, she has focused her professional activity on drafting technical reports on strategies for the protection of inventions at the national and international level, opposition or invalidity proceedings before the SPTO, EPO or Courts, as well as the filing and prosecution of industrial designs.
