Professional Career:

Prior to joining UNGRIA's Madrid office on September 2024, she developed her professional career in the field of Intellectual Property in different national and international environments. She started her career in a Spanish Intellectual Property law firm, where she was in charge of drafting legal documents and contracts to be filed before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as negotiating trademark agreements and resolving outofcourt disputes.

Subsequently, she joined the Boards of Appeal at the EUIPO, where she contributed to the preparation of decisions arising from conflicts between national and European Union trademarks. She also worked at the Embassy of Spain in the Netherlands (The Hague), where she assisted with legal matters related to the protection of Intellectual Property rights in the context of international institutional relations.

She is currently a lawyer of UNGRIA's Legal Department, where she provides specialized legal services in the prosecution, enforcement and representation of Intellectual Property rights.
