Professional Career:

Before joining UNGRIA's Madrid office, she started her professional career as legal counsel and Head of the International Relations Department of the Spanish Federation of Transport. Likewise, she actively participated for 5 years as a Master's professor at an important Spanish university, teaching Community Law courses.

Since joining UNGRIA in 1997 and, for more than 20 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, she has devoted her professional activity to legal and technical advice regarding the prosecution and protection of Trademark rights abroad (direct trademarks abroad, international trademarks, European Union trademarks and Community Designs). In her solid professional career, she has also specialized in enforcing the rights inherent to Distinctive Signs before the EUIPO, as well as in legal advice in administrative and judicial proceedings in relation to IP matters.

Additionally, she has actively participated in annual meetings and conferences related to the firm's business activity, such as: INTA, ECTA, MARQUES, PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trademark Group), International Trademark Conference, ASIPI, AIPPI, ITMA (Institute of Trademark Attorneys), Forum Européen de la Propiété Intellectuelle, among others.
