Professional Career:

Prior to joining UNGRIA's Madrid office, she worked in the Trademark Legal Department of a Spanish IP firm in Chile and was also responsible for UNGRIA´s regional offices in Logroño and Vigo. She has also belonged to UNGRIA´s offices in Bilbao, Valencia and Alicante, wherein she participated in the drafting of national and international Patent and Trademark protection strategies, as well as in the management and control of the same.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, her professional career has focused on the legal and technical advice regarding the prosecution and enforcement of Trademark rights abroad (direct Trademarks in other countries, international Trademarks, European Union Trademarks and Community Designs). In her solid IP career, she has also specialized in the defense of rights inherently associated to Distinctive Signs before EUIPO as well as in the assistance in negotiations with third parties about intangible assets and drafting of agreements.
