Professional Career:

Since joining UNGRIA´s Madrid office in 1999 and, for more than 20 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, she has focused her professional activity on legal and technical advice and assistance regarding the filing and prosecution of trademarks abroad. Similarly, she has specialized in the administrative defense of Distinctive Signs and other Intellectual Property rights before the Intellectual Property Office of the European Union (EUIPO), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and before National Trademark Offices worldwide, as well as in the development of strategies for the protection and defense of Intellectual Property rights internationally and the drafting and supervision of legal actions  before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in Luxembourg.
