Professional Career:

Since he joined UNGRIA's Madrid office in 1987 and, for more than 30 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, he has focused his professional activity on the acquisition of new clients for the firm, carrying out consultancy and advisory tasks in relation to matters concerning Inventions and Distinctive Signs, as well as thoroughly analyzing their IP portfolio in order to review possible actions to optimize its management. 

In his extensive professional career at UNGRIA, he has participated in large corporate projects of the most relevant Spanish companies, from very varied and different sectors, developing legal branding.

Likewise, he has contributed to the establishment of legal criteria to implement a solid protection strategy for each Distinctive Sign, in accordance with the circumstances and peculiarities of each client and its practice field, all within a global geographic scope, taking into account the different legislations and practices of the various countries.

In addition, he teaches and participates as a speaker at conferences on Intellectual Property in chambers of commerce, universities, renowned business schools and other public and private forums.
