For over 20 years of experience in the IP arena, he has focused his activity in the assistance and administrative defense of Trademarks, Patents and other Intellectual Property rights before the SPTO; legal assistance to clients in proceedings before the Civil, Criminal and Contentious-Administrative jurisdiction, concerning Intellectual Property matters, Unfair Competition, Trade Secrets, Copyrights and Domain Names; legal assistance in extrajudicial confrontations with third parties in relation to IP rights, Copyrights, Trade Secrets and Unfair competition, including assistance in adopting border measures to prevent piracy; monitoring and control of sales through online channels of counterfeit goods and legal assistance in Domain Name recovery proceedings.
In addition, he has specialized in the global advice and assistance in relation to Intellectual Property matters, Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition, including drafting of Trademark registration viability reports and other IP rights, drafting of national and international IP protection strategies, drafting of legal reports and expert opinions, assistance in the negotiation of IP rights, drafting of contracts in relation to IP rights, copyrights, manufacturing, distribution, non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and assistance and drafting of in-house protocols for the protection of Trade Secrets.
