For over 25 years of experience in the IP arena, he has focused his activity in the assistance and administrative defense of Trademarks, Patents and other Intellectual Property rights before the SPTO; legal assistance to clients in proceedings before the Contentious-Administrative jurisdiction, concerning Intellectual Property matters; legal assistance in Domain Name recovery proceedings and assistance in extrajudicial confrontations with third parties in relation to IP rights, Copyrights and Trade Secrets.

In addition, he has specialized in the global advice and assistance in relation to matters concerning Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition, including drafting of Trademark registration viability reports, drafting of legal reports and opinions concerning Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition, negotiation of use agreements regarding Intellectual Property rights, drafting of contracts concerning Intellectual Property rights and assistance in recording changes of ownership of Intellectual Property rights.
