Professional Career:

Before joining UNGRIA's Bilbao office, he belonged to the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Bilbao, carrying out R&D projects. In 2008, he joined the firm and, for 12 years he has focused his professional activity in providing technical-legal advice on Patents, Utility Models and Industrial   Designs. During his solid career in the IP field, he has specialized in the administrative defense and assistance of Inventions portfolios before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, in the drafting of patentability and patent infringement reports, as well as in the drafting of expert opinions for its enforcement before Court.
