Professional Career:

Prior to joining UNGRIA's Office in Madrid, he completed his Higher Research and Development Degree at the Spanish National Scientific Research Council (CSIC).

Since joining UNGRIA in 2007 and, during its more than 10 years of experience in the field of Industrial Property, he has dedicated his professional activity to technical advice on the application and prosecution of patents and utility models, specializing in areas related to chemistry,  pharmacy,  biotechnology, waste treatment, fuels, power generation, food and agricultural industry, materials technology.

He also has extensive experience in Industrial Designs, Community Designs and Supplementary Protection Certificates (SCPs), in the preparation of oppositions and appeals, as well as in the preparation of reports and expert opinions regarding inventions for use in Court.
